We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. If something isn't right, email us at support@3amlocal.com and we'll make it right.

How To Return

Email Us
Send an email to support@3amlocal.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Get Your Return Label
We'll send you a prepaid return label by email. Print it out and attach it to your package.

Pack & Drop Off
Pack the item securely with original tags attached and drop it at any USPS location. Keep your receipt.

Refund Or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 2–3 business days.
What We Can't Accept
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Items without original tags attached are not eligible. Sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, that's on us — email support@3amlocal.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately, no questions asked.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method.
Customs fees and duties paid on the original order are non-refundable as these are charged by your country's government, not by us.
